SERVICE GUARANTEE

At Nabillera nails studio we strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by the quality of our work. Our Nail Service Guarantee ensures that you receive a service that meets your expectations and lasts as expected.


1. Quality of Service


  • Professional Standards: All services are performed by trained and licensed professionals using high-quality products and tools.
  • Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us before leaving the studio so we can address your concerns immediately.


2. Durability of Work


  • Guarantee Period: We guarantee the durability of our gel and acrylic nail services for up to 7 days. This includes any chipping, peeling, or lifting that may occur under normal circumstances.
  • Natural Nails: Regular nail polish services are guaranteed for up to 3 days against chipping or peeling.


3. Complimentary Redos


  • Conditions for Redo: If any issues arise with your nails within the guarantee period, please contact us promptly. We offer complimentary redos for services that do not meet the agreed-upon standards.
  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover damage caused by client mishandling, misuse, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.


4. How to Claim Your Guarantee


  • Notification: Notify us of any issues within the guarantee period by calling or visiting the studio.
  • Assessment: Our technicians will assess the issue and determine if it qualifies for a complimentary redo.
  • Scheduling: A redo appointment will be scheduled at your earliest convenience.


5. Aftercare Instructions


  • Care Tips: Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician to ensure the longevity of your nails. This includes avoiding excessive exposure to water, using gloves when cleaning, and applying cuticle oil regularly.
  • Product Use: Use only recommended products for your nails to avoid adverse reactions or damage.

OUR POLICIES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Appointments


  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, via phone call , Instagram dm , or in telegram. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule. We allow 10 mins grace period.
  • Walk-ins: Walk-in clients are welcome but will be accommodated based on availability. Please message us at any of our platform if reached, our staff will bring you up to the studio.


2. Cancellations and Rescheduling


  • Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Late Cancellations: We respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments. Do take note that deposits placed are non-refundable.($20)
  • No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice your deposit will be strictly forfeited.($20) For package holders, your deposit will be forfeited from existing credits.


3. Hygiene and Safety


  • Sanitation: Our tools and equipment are sanitised according to health and safety regulations. Single-use items are disposed of after each use.
  • Health: Please inform us of any nail or skin conditions prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk to others.


4. Payments


  • Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile paynow payments. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • Deposits: For individual /group bookings a deposit may be required at the time of booking.($20/pax). We will be contacting you regarding the deposit payment after booking is confirmed.


5. Service Satisfaction


  • Feedback: If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the studio. We will do our best to address any concerns.
  • Redos: Complimentary redos are available within 48 hours of the original service if the outcome does not meet the agreed expectations, xase by case basis. Any dissatisfaction with the nail design must be raised and rectified before sealing off with the final top coat or before leaving the salon.


6. Customer Behaviour


  • Respect: We expect all clients to treat our staff and other customers with respect. Any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Children and Pets: For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought to the studio unless they are receiving a service. We have in-house cat, if you are allergic / afraid of cats, please inform our staff before hand. We will move the cat to another room.


7. Personal Belongings


  • Responsibility: Please take care of your personal belongings. The studio is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.


8. Privacy Policy


  • Data Protection: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of managing your appointments and providing services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.


9. Liability


  • Waiver: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that Nabillera Nail Studio is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during or after the service.
